The Sales Lead Generation Executive is responsible for generating, qualifying and prospecting generating new sales leads to support the Sales Team.   • Ensuring that all lifting and maneuvering of product is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
  • Ensuring that staff comply to health, safety and environmental regulations and work safely to protect themselves and others in the warehouse environment
  • Providing a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency
  • Input and hold responsibility for Warehouse budgets
  • Prepare the annual Warehousing budget and forecasts and all Capital

People Management

  • Coaching, managing and developing warehouse staff and team leaders to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines
  • Communicate with warehouse staff on a regular basis to make them aware of priorities, targets and operational requirements
  • Ensure effective warehouse and distribution operations by implementing department policies and procedures
  • Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess on-going performance of direct reports

 

Qualification and Skill Sets

  • Graduate, BE, Post-Graduate in Material Management, Warehouse Management
  • 4-10 years of hands-on work experience in managing and directing warehouse
  • Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance
  • Highly developed inter-personal and communication skills
  • Negotiating skill-sets, ability to influence at all levels within the business
  • Ability to build, lead and motivate a skilled team able to meet objectives and agreed targets
  • Good IT skills, in particular spreadsheets and databases
  • Good knowledge of warehouse management and inventory management
  • Analytical and numerical skill-sets
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
